      <image:title>My Story - Running Success Thanks to WILDFIT</image:title>
      <image:caption>In the past 5 years, running has been my passion. I was hitting some highs in my running career. In just one year, I qualified for the Chicago, New York, and Boston marathon. All the big 3 in the US, in a span of 12 months. I was excelling in all distances. In the last year, I was averaging 65-75 miles a week. I was gaining weight, no matter how many miles I was putting in. My times were slowing down as well. I thought I had already hit my peak. I wasn’t running as fast or as strong any longer. I was getting unhealthy. I was constantly getting injured. My running wasn’t improving. I seriously considered hanging up my laces. I thought I was at the end of my rope. Then I was introduced to WILDFIT. Little did I know, I was in for a wild ride. I was skeptical at first. I kept gaining weight, no matter what I was doing or eating. My wife and I decided to give it go. Anyone can do anything for 90 days. It was a struggle at first. My body adapting to a new way of life. Diane Shepherd was great in being my mentor and guiding me through this new process. Diane was there for me every step of the way. As the program kept progressing, so was my running. I noticed the nagging injuries were going away. My weight was melting away like snow on a summer day. My passion for running, which was fading away, was coming back. I had found the love for running again, through this program. When I started the program, I weighed 158 pounds at 5’6. With each passing week, I was losing weight, and my runs were getting faster and stronger. By the end of the program, I weighed in at 136 pounds. Losing 22 pounds during the program. I’m happy to say, 5 months after the program, I’m still at 136lbs. I haven’t had any injuries, and my body is the healthiest it’s ever been.
